If you have one of the non-supported versions of Java plugin, do the following:

1. Remove Java plugin from your computer:
      Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs
      In the list of currently installed programs select "Java Runtime Environment" and click Change/Remove button
2. Install Java plugin (Download) or enable MS JVM in your browser (for Windows 98/NT/2000 only)
      Tools->Internet Options...->Security->Custom level...->Microsoft VM->Java permissions->High safety

Internet Explorer 7.x for Windows XP(SP2)/2003 Server
Download

1. Enable cookies in your browser
      Tools->Internet Options...->Privacy->set privacy level to Medium-high or lower.
   If custom level is set: Hit Advanced... button and make sure First-party cookies are set to Accept or Prompt.
   If changing cookies is not admissible, make your browser override settings for this site: hit Edit button->enter needed URL in Address of Web site field->hit Allow button.
2. Install Java plugin. As automatic download is blocked by security settings please download installer manually. After download is finished unpack the content of .zip archive and run the installer.
3. Enable Java Script in your browser
      Tools->Internet Options...->Security->Custom level...->Scripting->Active scripting->Enable
4. Enable ActiveX in your browser
      Tools->Internet Options...->Security->Custom level...->ActiveX controls and plug-ins->Download signed ActiveX controls->Enable
